Hi, I'm Jacqueline, an award-winning photographer based in Charlotte, North Carolina, and the owner of Blink Photography.
As a mom of two girls, I understand just how quickly life changes. One day you're bringing home your newborn, and before you know it, they're heading off to school, losing their first tooth, or celebrating another birthday. After spending several years away from the studio raising my family and pursuing graduate education, I returned to photography with an even deeper appreciation for preserving life's most meaningful moments.
With over a decade of experience specializing in newborn, milestone, and family photography, I have had the privilege of capturing some of life's most precious memories for hundreds of families. My passion is preserving those fleeting moments and transforming them into beautiful images and heirloom artwork that your family can cherish for generations.
My approach is centered on creating a relaxed, enjoyable experience while delivering timeless portraits that reflect the genuine connections and personalities that make your family unique. Your newborns safety is always our priority...
With the growth of the photography industry in the last decade, there has been a huge swell in the number of newborn photographers. Not all photographers have the knowledge and skill required to safely handle a baby and create the beautiful poses and images we all strive for.
When looking for a photographer, you should look for one who has received the necessary training in newborn safety. There are so many small details that most don't consider when working with a newborn. I am continuously investing in workshops and in-person clinics to ensure I am well versed and up to date with training in safe posing, equipment handling, studio prep, cleanliness, compositing images, and various other areas. You can rest assured knowing I have learned from the best including Kelly Brown and Ana Brandt (to name a few), two of our industry's top artists, innovators, and educators.
